I am Rami Tabbah, a user experience strategist and consultant based in Toronto - Canada.
I have been working on introducing and improving User Experiences for the last 23 years. Yes I designed for text interfaces at that time and Windows 3.1 was not out yet. Now there is way more fun with web, mobile and things. I will probably soon design user interfaces for "things" that do not have user interfaces. This may be more fun because it will be about scenarios of use and a lot of intelligence behind the scenes.
My focus is to use quantitative and qualitative research techniques and conceptual design to help companies better understand their users. Then help them shape their websites, applications, products and services to better match users' expectations.
It is all about happy users and creating efficiencies for businesses.
